FENSA & THE BUILDING REGULATIONS
Woodland is a registered member of the FENSA scheme, so you can be sure that any applicable windows and doors we install comply with Document L and N of the Building Regulations. For all applicable installations Woodland will register the work with FENSA who will issue you with a certificate of compliance. Please keep this certificate safe in case you need to provide evidence of compliance, for example when you sell your home. Please note that FENSA registration is only required for complete replacements and in doors with over 50% glass. Partial replacements are counted as repairs and registration is not required.
INSURANCE BACKED GUARANTEE
All FENSA registered installations are covered by an Insurance Backed Guarantee. This covers your deposit and any work required under the terms of our guarantee in the unlikely event we cease to trade during our guarantee period (10 years).

A deposit of 25% is required to confirm your order. If you are proceeding with all works, the deposit amount is summarised in your quotation. Should you wish to proceed with part of the quotation please
contact us to confirm the required deposit. An interim payment of 50% is then payable prior to installation, with the balance payable on completion.

If you have made any amendments since the original quotation was prepared, these will be included here. When you receive your confirmation of order, we will also confirm your scheduled installation date. This
is an approximate date based on our current workload. We will then confirm an accurate start date once manufacture of your order is underway.
When manufacture of your order nears completion, we will contact you to arrange an interim payment of 50% of the value of your order. The final balance will then be due on completion.

We care a great deal about getting things right and will always do our best to exceed your expectations. This applies to the quality of product we fit as well as the service we provide. That said, we acknowledge that things can go wrong. In the unlikely circumstance that, on completion of the work, you are not satisfied that the work has been carried out with reasonable care and skill; or that the materials used are not of satisfactory quality and are not fit for their purpose; or that they are not as described, then we will make every reasonable attempt to put this right. We may, at our discretion, offer to repair or replace the products. In these circumstances, the work will be carried out within a reasonable time, but without causing significant inconvenience.
