We will quote accurately based on our discussions with you. If you decide to go ahead we will require a 25% deposit and schedule your work into our production programme.
We carry out pre-production site survey to confirm all details and specifications, issue an order confirmation and product drawings.
Your windows/doors will be manufactured by specialist Woodland craftsmen at our factory in Kingston upon Thames. We will then confirm an installation date.
All our installers are employed by Woodland, we do not sub-contract. We will work from top to bottom and dispose of old windows.
Our senior installer will inspect the work and demonstrate how to use your new windows. We will also send you your guarantee, maintenance guide and instructions for use.
