We were very pleased with the quality of the windows and are very grateful to the team for working tirelessly in very cold conditions to get the job done, and for clearing up at the end of each day. Just a few lines to express our thanks with regard to our new windows, recently installed by your company. We agonized for a long time, we didn’t like UPVC windows and have a 1930’s house with bay windows, so were pleased to find a local manufacturer of wooden replacement windows. We were particularly interested in being able to view the workshops in Kingston where the windows were made. We came back later to see our own windows being built. The installation team were really great, efficient, polite and tidy. They did a really good job and are a credit to the company. Passers by often comment on our windows as they look so good and suit the house perfectly.

I am absolutely delighted with my new windows. Despite the cold and wind outside, for the first time in 13 years I am sitting here comfortably and with the thermostat turned down. The fitters were a good friendly bunch who worked hard and left the house clean, neat and tidy – a pleasure to make chocolate brownies for. I would highly recommend your product and already have.
