Woodland is a registered member of the FENSA scheme, so you can be sure that any applicable windows and doors we install comply with Document L and N of the Building Regulations. For all applicable installations Woodland will register the work with FENSA who will issue you with a certificate of compliance. Please keep this certificate safe in case you need to provide evidence of compliance, for example when you sell your home. Please note that FENSA registration is only required for complete replacements and in doors with over 50% glass. Partial replacements are counted as repairs and registration is not required.
All FENSA registered installations are covered by an Insurance Backed Guarantee. This covers your deposit and any work required under the terms of our guarantee in the unlikely event we cease to trade during our guarantee period (10 years).
